Noel co-founded Chicago’s Bailey Hughes Salon, in 1994, which, is renowned for having imported London-bred standards of quality to the beauty industry in Chicago. Noel became known not simply for outstanding quality of services, but for exceeding expectations every time. Today, the oft-cited, little-used art of listening, really listening, sits at the centre of Noel’s promise to his clientele: Every cut is styled to work with their unique circumstances, from family life, to work pressures, and not the reverse.
